This is probably not the first 2011 Mustang GT 5.0 to get into an accident but its the first one I have seen pictures of. The red candy metallic 5.0 coupe only had 743 miles on the odometer and looks like it was hit in the rear and pushed into another vehicle. The wreck caused both side airbags and the driver airbag to deploy but the passenger airbag was not deployed, maybe because no passenger was sitting there but why did the passenger side airbag go off. This 2011 Mustang GT was a base model with cloth seats and six-speed manual trans. Check out a slew of photos after the jump…

Aw, damn. Cloth, MT82, Brembos, just like my Kona Blue. I don’t honestly shudder at much, but these pics make my heart hurt.
And while the owner might not be pure as the driven snow, let’s not jump all over her or him just yet – the car was hit from behind, too.
