1966 Shelby GT350 Barn Find (Shed Find) covered in trash for 26 years

2011 Mustang GT 5.0 Crashes into Funeral Home

Are you just  unlucky or has the good Lord called your number when you crash into a funeral home.  Either way its ironic but for one Merrimack, New Hamshire resident he found out the hard way as he slammed his 2011 Mustang GT 5.0 right into the side of the building.  Thankfully the driver in question, Richard Elliot survived the crash with non-life threatening injuries but his 2011 Mustang GT was not so lucky.  Check out all the picks after the jump for the carnage. … Continue Reading

Ford to Silence Chevy’s ZL-1 Camaro with 600 horsepower 2013 Shelby GT500

According to Car & Driver who is citing “well-informed sources”, Ford is planning an answer to Chevy’s 550 horsepower ZL-1 Camaro in the form of a 600 horsepower Shelby GT500 for the 2013 model year.  Car & Driver goes on to say the horsepower figure could be as high as 620 which could be the result of boring out the current 5.4-liter V-8 to 5.8 liters along with using a more efficient and quieter TVS supercharger unit to replace the Eaton M112 currently in place on the 2011 Shelby GT500. … Continue Reading
