Prior Design injects life into 2005-09 Mustangs with new body kit

You know Mustang news is slow around here if I am posting about a new body kit coming on the market.  Any who, German company Prior Designs is proud to release their new three-piece body kit consisting of a front fascia, rear bumper and side skirts.  The new body kit looks clean and is functional with its large cooling air inlets on the front fascia to help cool the front brakes and suspension.  Out back the rear diffuser helps with aerodynamics and downforce.

One-off ‘School Bus Yellow’ Mustang Boss 302 Laguna Seca to be Auctioned

On October 15th a one-off 2012 Mustang Boss 302 Laguna Seca edition painted ‘School Bus Yellow’ will be auctioned off to benefit the Edith and Benson Ford Heart & Vascular Institute and the Center for Cardiac Care at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital.  The one-of-a-kind vehicle was built specifically for this event which takes place at the Winner’s Circle Afterglow event at 8 p.m. eastern at the Ford Motor Company Conference and Event Center in Dearborn, Michigan.  The ‘School Bus Yellow‘ Laguna Seca Mustang will be signed by racing legend Parnelli Jones who drove a similar colored Boss 302 to victory in its first race at Laguna Seca. … Continue Reading

2012 Stage 3 Mustang Hyper-Series announced by Roush Performance

Roush quietly announces a new limited quantity of ROUSH Stage 3 (RS3) Mustangs dubbed the Hyper-Series.  The Hyper-Series builds on the ROUSH Stage 3’s horsepower and handling by offering a set of four limited edition appearance packages.

eBay Find: 2011 Shelby GT350 Prototype #3 available again

Carroll Shelby’s personal 2011 Shelby GT350 which is prototype #3 was raffled off back in June for charity to a lucky winner in California but now the owner has decided to put the Shelby up for auction on eBay. The Shelby GT350 CSM#P3 currently resides among other rare vehicles at Shelby’s Las Vegas museum with just 25 miles on the odometer.
