One of the many stops on Shelby American’s 50th Anniversary tour this year is the New York International Auto Show which takes place April 4-15. Just like last year Shelby plans to introduce a new vehicle at the show and all signs point to the 2013 Shelby GT500 ‘Super Snake’ post-title package. Can you say 900 Horsepower ‘Super Snake’! Its not unimaginable considering the 2013 GT500 pumps out 650 horsepower with its supercharged 5.8-liter V8 engine.
Last year at the NYIAS Shelby American unveiled the 800 horsepower 2012 GT500 Super Snake post-title package based off the 550 horsepower 2012 Shelby GT500. Consider the 2013 GT500 got a bump of 100 horsepower so why not the 2013 GT500 Super Snake. No official announcement has been made yet but Team Shelby has made it known a new Shelby model will be unveiled in New York.

The Shelby is awesome. This Pony still has a Wild Spirit. I would like to see this with wings and a RED TAIL.
Holy venom Batman, 900 HP on the street, what’s the cops going to use to catch this criminal.
am a big Shelby fan and all of the Shelby autos is great cars but the greatest one is the ever first Shelby cobra and for modern Shelby autos is the Shelby gt500 super snake
