Who would have thought you could create such a high quality car chase scene using cardboard, glue and spray paint.  That was the case as two R/C Ford Mustangs added the element of excitement for a chase scene shot on a public road with a set designed and created using cardboard, hot glue and spray paint.  The production quality is top notch as the film makers capture the two Mustangs racing around a homemade set crashing through food carts and being pursued by chase helicopters. New 2014 Mustang GT FP8 Appearance Package Photos

One of the first 2014 Mustangs to make its public appearance has given us a look at the new FP8 appearance package offered on the GT model.  For the 2014 model year the Mustang gets two new colors Ruby Red and Oxford White along with two new appearance packages, the FP6 and FP8 which we have photos of below.

These could be the first photos of a Ruby Red 2014 Mustang in the wild as a Ford dealership in Kansas is offering it up for sale on eBay. We are barely two months into the 2013 calendar year and already we have 2014 Mustang models starting to hit dealerships across the country.

Video: World’s Quickest 2013 Shelby GT500 Sets Record with 9.39 second Quarter-Mile run

Known for building fast Mustangs with high-horsepower engines Lethal Performance has done it again with their newest ride, a 2013 Shelby GT500 that screamed down the strip at a blistering 9.39 seconds at 147.6 mph.  The new record set at Palm Beach International Raceway gives them claim to the ‘World’s Quickest 2013 Shelby GT500’ at least for now.

2013 Shelby GT500 spotted in China

Of all places to come across a 2013 Shelby GT500 China would have been near the top of my list considering Ford does not export the model.  This Shelby GT500 was caught out in a suburb of Beijing parked along the side of a road in the dead of Winter.  The cost of a new GT500 in China is roughly 1.248 million yuan or $197,000 US dollars, not cheap by any means.

Whats a bit unusual about the photos is the GT500 appears to be a Super Snake from the hood, rear fascia and side markings but as we take a closer look those are just cosmetic upgrades to already potent 662 horsepower beast.  Check out all the photos below. … Continue Reading

At this years Amelia Island Concours d’Elegance in Florida they have come up with a completely new class dubbed ‘What Were They Thinking’.  The new class is specific to Amelia and will showcase cars that fit no class or category with one of them being an experimental two-seat Fastback Mustang.
