2015 EcoBoost Mustang Recalled

The recall bug has bitten the all-new 2015 EcoBoost Mustang in a big way as Ford started notifying owners of the affected vehicles. The EcoBoost models affected were built between Feb. 14, 2014 and Feb 10, 2015 at the Flat Rock Assembly Plant. In total 19,500 vehicles are affected by this recall.

MMD and Chip Foose unleased the one-off 2015 MMD by Foose Mustang at Foose Design headquarters in Huntington Beach, California. This one-of-a-kind 2015 Mustang was specifically built to be given away at the 7th Annual American Muscle Charity Car Show by Chip Foose.

Ford has released a bevy of information on the 2016 Ford Mustang including new options, packages and trim levels. The two new packages available are the California Special GT/CS and Pony Package with the latter only available for the EcoBoost Premium model. Ford is also bringing back over the top racing stripes in Black or Silver and a Black roof option for Mustang GT and EcoBoost models.

Another option for Mustang GT fastback and convertible customers is a Black Accent Package which includes 19-inch black painted wheels, spoiler, dark taillamp trim and pony logos. Customers of the Mustang GT convertible can now opt for a Performance Package which features increased structural bracing, revised suspension components, brakes, wheels and tires. … Continue Reading

The 2016 Ford Mustang California Special GT/CS package will be revealed on Monday May 11th along with a new feature for the six-generation pony car. Hood mounted turn signals make their return as they were first offered as an option on the 1967 Mustang. The deluxe hood option as it was known in 1967 featured a pair of hood mounted heat extraction vents facing the windshield with turn signals mounted inside them.

Production of the 2015 Mustang is coming to an end just in time for buyers to put in their orders for the 2016 Mustang. Order banks are scheduled to open May 11th for the 2016 Mustang.
