Intakes to replace the OEM plastic one?

I have never owned a 96 and newer GT Mustang with a plastic intake. I am just curious what kind of aftermarket intake you can replace the plastic OEM with.

How hard is the install?

There are a few aluminum intakes out there right now, but the cost vs hp increase is a little out of line. Here are a couple links that I could find. If I locate anymore, I will update this thread.
