Need help with rust

What would prevent rust?

We used Eastwoods Rust Encapsulater on our 69 Shelby ProStreet frame & bottom. we used the brush on type, for better coverage. Eastwood has a lot of excellent Rust Prevention product. They had a spray that you could spray on active rust and it would ,give it like a Galvanized coating which prevented further rust! I forgot what it was called. Get one of there catalogs or go to there web page!;)
