I have a 289 that is borred out to about a 304. I am wanting to put a new 4 barrel carb on it and need to know what will give me the best performance. I am not building it as a racer, but would like to have some kick when doing the weekend drive. I have been told that Holley is the best, and I was thinking a 650 cfm. However, I need advice on manual vs electric choke, vacuum vs mechanical secondaries, double pumper or no, etc...
