Alright....Our track is getting close to being completed ( www.abilenedragstrip.com ). I am going to be looking for some Wheels to use with MT ET Streets. Could use some advise on the size to purchase to fit on my 2001 GT. Need to take into consideration that I have had FRPP springs intalled which have lowered the front about 1 1/2 inch and the rear around 3/4 inch. I want to install the largest possible Tire on the rear without it rubbing and skinny's on the front. What would everyone recommend and is their any good websites to purchase this equipment from. Any help would be appreciated as I am a novice at this game.

I had a small problem when I first put my slicks on. The inner lip of the wheel well was slicing my tire and peeling it off. It was on the bottom, back side of the wheel well just in front of the gas tank. I simply took it to a garage and had them cut a notch of the metal out. I think the problem was mostly happening when I hit a dip or the rearend was compressed down. Doesn't rub any longer. The slicks were Hoosiers 26X10.0-15 and the Weld Pro Star 96 Series. Looks pretty sharp on the SN95s.

Doesnt MT have a fitment page on their site? Do they even HAVE a site? If not, their product catalog should.

I have seen some pictures of newer Mustangs with Bogart D-10's and they look awsome! Not sure as to what size you could run, but will try to find something out.

Those are trick wheels, I think there was a silver 99+ GT in 5.0 and SF's magazine a while back and it looked very good. I'm not sure what size tires it was running?

I decided to go with BFG comp t/a drag radials for right now. Purchased the 275/40 17's. When I went to pick them up decided to go with silver Cobra rims. Hopefully these will do till I get more mods done to the car.
