Can somebody give me an estimate of how expensive will this project be?

i'm also not sure about the year of this model , because the front fender has "block lettering" on it indicating its a 67' , but the rest of the car has 68' features , could it be an early 1968 model?

It's a 68. Either the front fender has been swapped with a 67 or the block lettering added for some reason. Everything on the interior is 68, the grill is 68, side "scoops" are 68, etc.

As for how expensive a restore it would be, it's too tough to make an educated guess without additional info or pics. The photos show a very dirty and neglected car, but that alone isn't necessarily expensive. Depending on where in the country it's been sitting, the rust may just be surface rust and fairly easy to tackle with some media blasting. On the other hand there could be significant rust which would be extremely expensive to fix properly.

The interior is trashed, but frankly it doesn't really matter if it's totally trashed or just old and worn out. You'll still probably replace all of it during a full resto, so being totally trashed makes the interior no more expensive to replace.

The really expensive stuff is potentially the mechanics, rust (as mentioned earlier) and any rare parts needed. Doesn't look like it's too rare, but not knowing engine or options it's too hard to say.

It's a 68 with a 67 fender

$ 35,000 - 40,000

Better yet, just let me buy it I already have Sunlit 68 coupe that I want to match it to.

I wanted one of each in my collection.
