Fixing to put the chrome Bullet rims on the 02 GT and now want to lower it. Have the FRPP C rated on the 01 and do not want the harsh ride on the 02.
Can I get some feed back on which type will retain the factory ride (or better it), I also dont want a 2" drop, a 1 1/2" up front and 1" in the rear would be perfect.

My friend has air suspension on his 400hp GT. He said it rides pretty good.
Just a suggestion....
I have had Eibachs and Tokico 5 ways on two separate vehicles now and I love them. I got about an 1 1/2" drop up front and out back. On factory shocks and struts your ride will gradually get worse ( just ask skooter) with lowering because they just are not valved to last the abuse for lack of a better word. Tokico's let me adjust according to how I feel. A number 1 setting gives me the softer factory like ride. My 81 year old grandad didnt notice a thing, he even complemented on how the car handled. Boy, if he only knew! I prefer the stiffest setting, which is 5, for my 60 mile a day commute. Hope I helped some.
I almost forgot. Please post pics of the chrome Bullitt's after you put them on. I am seriously considering them. Did you get the factory 17x8's or did you go with 18x9's?

The 02 is Laser Red. My Silver one is in the pic next to it.

We've got something coming out very, very soon that will replace the current Create-A-Stang section. You won't be disapointed!
