troubles with my 99gt

I have a 99GT. My car seems to be hesitating when I shift gears. Especially around 2000rpms. It seems to rock back and forth like the timing is off. The car has just starting doing this. What are some possible problems associated with this?

Took my car to the service center. Turns out the problem was the coil.

Could have been more expensive. It's nice to find out it's the easy stuff sometimes.
