roller rockers

I had my 5.0 biult w/adjustable roller rockers, and i cant get a few to stop rattling cause it is so hard to pinpoint while it is running. How do i adjust them?
(the biulder said" while running" yeah right) tried that and no luck pinpointing the noisy one>

sometime you can narrow it down by using a mechanic stethiscope on the valve cover...but what i would do is just re0adjust all of them and then your in the clear for sure
