I'm pretty sure it will fit... the dimensions of those motors I think are about 30" L x 27" W x 24" H....... bigger than the 302, but will still fit.... I know they used 428's in the Shelby Cobras..... A good place to find Aluminum parts is from Texasmustang.com I go through them alot and they have good pricing.... a couple others are proficientperformance.com and weinlemotorsports.com..... Hope I've been some help....

The engine will fit. I know they make a install kit for the 460 so i am sure you can got one for the other big blocks.

um keith, I would not recomend it, the oil pan of an FE is a front sump, and will not fit, and i think it weighs more than a 460. but you could do a 351W stroked to 428 that might be best and cheaper :D :D
