Need help with computer chips

I have a 1994 Mustang has got H pipe now and soon will have MAC shorty headers,BBK cold air induction,BBK pulley's,Jacobs ignition,and will also run premium fuel. Will chip help me would like to hear from someone that has done this before. What kind should I get and also will I have trouble with check engine light coming on with my other mods. Thank you

Diablo chips seem to be pretty hot right now. You will need to have someone custom burn one pertaining to the mods you plan on doing, but don't get the chip done until you have done all of your mods because a good shop like Dallas Mustang or whoever will burn it to work with exactly all the mods you have, so if you don't have them done and put the chip in, it's not going to run correctly. No. you should not have any check engine light problems with what you have listed.
