98 GT head swap Info.

I am looking to do a head swap this winter on my 98 GT. I am looking to do a port and polish on the heads at the same time. I am just wondering if anyone here has done it, knows about it and that kinda of stuff. I am just looking for as much info. as possible before I do the swap.

What prices did you find?
How much power were you told?
What company(s) did you like?

I just want to know things like this. I live in Oregon and there is nothing here. Anything I get comes from out of state, even info.

I am probably not going to do the swap myself but I want to know as much as I can so I can be involved. It will be hard to find a place to do it. And I am really not going to take it to Ford.
