Flowmaster or MAC. Kenny Brown makes one two. Mustang Heaven is a Kenny Brown dealer so if you need any KB parts let me know.

You can go to www.MustangExhaust.com to find out about how they sound.

Someone told me that if i put the flowmasters on the V6...it would just sound like one of those annoying 4 Cylinder with glasspacks...would that be true?

Not quite.

A good friend of mine has a 2003 V6 with a cat back Flowmaster conversion he just did this summer, it sounds great. At idle it has a low rumble, almost like a GT. You can hear the difference under throttle, but it's just a slightly higher pitch than the GT cars I have heard.

My V6 has Dynomax superturbo's & I've gotten many compliments.

Remember that the tips you choose make a big difference to the sound, Mine have changed a few times in the seven years that I have had the car & the lowest pitch & boomiest sound comes from my current 3" rolled tip x 16" long "Boom Tubes". I've had shorter smaller ones & the low pitch @ idle is certailnly different.

A 6 cylinder car has a lower resonance than a 4 cylinder, but if you put one of those coffee can mufflers you'll just sound silly (in my opinion).

I hope that helps!!

Yea i understand where ur coming from with that.. I decided that im gonna go with the 2 40 Series Flowmasters and im gonna have turndowns to get a nice sounding rumble :)...it might not sound as good or as quite like a GT, but at least itll sound aight.

I'll tell you what I did to my 2003 Mustang v6 five speed, I ordered a set of equal length ceremic coated headers, with a x-pipe, and a set of flowmaster two chamber mufflers, and from what I have learned is that no matter what you do it will never sound like a GT but it has a hell of a rumble and make people wonder.
