Car wont run

My Mustang will start and then i have to keep on the acellerator and then when i let off it dies, the "Check engine light is on when my stang is doing this, the car just started doing this this morning, i am thinking that it is the throttle position sensor but i am not sure.

We are going to need a little bit more information. Year, engine, mods ect. Without this we really can't help.

It is a 1988 mustang lx, but i have found out what was wrong, the coolant temperature sensor was out and it was causing the motor to flood everytime i started it, i installed a new one and it runs like a champ now, i also installed a new map sensor, throttle position sensor and a fuel regulator in the process.
