54V Package

I have been looking at dealer inventory quite often and I have been noticing that all of the cars listed in stock have one thing in common,...........under the special packages list there is one line at the top that reads "Less 54V Package".

I asked a few dealers and the best answer I could get was "When you add an interior option the stock option must be deleted."

Then I noticed a few stangs that had no options but still listed the "Less 54V Package"

What is the 54V Package?

Can someone answer this question?????

The 54V Package is an "Exterior Sport Apearence Package" for V6's.

The MSRP for the 54V Package is $295.

I am not sure what the package entails but I bet it has to do with stripes on the sides and probably over the car. Just a guess , but maybe I am wrong.

I guess that could be it. I'll do a little more research. Thanks for the input.
I saw a dealer today and they had no idea. They also said that it would take me 16-20 weeks to receive my car. Seems a little shady to me............all other dealers say 6-10 weeks. C'MON!
