At the 2014 New York International Auto Show during Ford’s press conference Mark Fields and Bill Ford unveiled the 2015 Mustang 50 Year Limited Edition model in Wimbledon White. The 50th anniversary Mustang will come standard with most every option and only be available in two colors: Wimbledon White and Kona Blue. The only other options buyers will have to choose is if they want a manual six-speed or automatic transmission.

Ford ready to display 2015 Mustang GT convertible on the Empire State Building

With all the preparation and hard work behind them the engineers at Ford Motor Company and longtime supplier DST Industries are gearing up for their game day build some 1,000 feet above Manhattan. The day will be April 16th beginning at 2 a.m. when the observation deck at the Empire State Building closes at which time Ford and DST will have a six-hour window to assemble the 2015 Mustang GT convertible on the 86th floor observation deck.

Its no small task to say the least as the team has been practicing the build down to the minute assembling and disassembling the 2015 Mustang. The display will stay up for two days ending at 2 a.m. on April 18th when they will disassemble the Mustang and leave the building. … Continue Reading

Behind all those wires, fuel lines and coolant hoses sits the future of Ford Racing as they are teasing us with a photo of their new 2015 Mustang GT 5.0 Supercharger system. The teaser photo is part of updates promised by Ford Racing in which they post something new on the 15th of every month.
